is an event organized by the Gourmets Group, a pioneer of Spanish gastronomy, of an international and exclusively professional character dedicated to high quality food and beverage products. Created in 1987, the Salon de Gourmets has evolved to become the leading trade fair in the sector of high quality gastronomy in Europe. In this thirty-first edition it will have a large foreign institutional representation of countries such as Switzerland, Hungary, Italy, France, Portugal, the Netherlands or Peru, together with the presence of Canada, as a country of honor.
The Organization, in collaboration with the ICEX (Institute of Foreign Trade), invites purchasing managers, general managers and owners of international food businesses interested in the marketing of delicatessen products. These potential buyers are from Europe, Asia, North America, Central and South, as well as Australia and New Zealand.
In this way, the presence of D. O. Ribeira Sacra in an event of these characteristics will further strengthen the internationalization sought by wines produced under the protection of the Regulatory Council.
