Ribeira Sacra wines presented in Segovia
On Saturday, November 8th, to celebrate the event "Otoño Enológico" that takes place in the Palacio Quintanar in Segovia, the Regulatory Council of the Denomination of Ribeira Sacra Orixen a presentation of the appellation of origin with wine and tasting different wines produced under the auspices of the denomination.
The presentation was led by the President of the Designation of Origin Ribeira Sacra, José Manuel González Rodríguez, who was personally responsible for presenting wines from Ribeira Sacra all the attendees.
The tasting and wine tasting was accompanied with the participation of other products with designation of origin in Galicia, like cheese and Tetilla marc brandy and Galicia are.
The presentation was also attended by the Director - Manager of the GDR Ribeira Sacra (Group for Rural Development) D. Martín Alemparte Vidal, who helped the presentation of Ribeira Sacra and accompanied the president of the denomination.
In addition to the wine-tasting, the audience who were about 70 people, could know everything it represents Ribeira Sacra, noting that the DO is part of CERVIM, an organization that welcomes European viticulture wine appellations performing mountain as the nature and location of the vineyards, which is a major difficulty in the development of viticulture.
