Presentation and Wine Tunnel in Lanzarote

The Control Board of the Designation of Origin Ribeira Sacra 17th place last presentation of the designation of origin on the island of Lanzarote (Canary Islands), in the famous restaurant "Sal y Pimienta".
The initial presentation was made by the Chairman of the Board, Mr. José Manuel Rodriguez Gonzalez, who told the audience the peculiarities of the territory in Ribeira Sacra, the characteristics of mountain viticulture, grape varieties, soil types, climate and the different types of wine that are made under the protection of the designation of origin.

Later came the tunnel in which 24 samples came from different brands of red and white wines of different vintages and from 14 wineries included in the name presented was performed. During the making of the tunnel, Ribeira Sacra wines with Ternera Gallega food pairing cooked in different ways.
