Certification Committee
It is formed by:• Mr. Antonio Pavón Álvarez: member of the Legal Service of the Regulatory Council:
• Dna. Merceces Martínez Fernández: Secretary of the Regulatory Council (who will act as Secretary of the Certification Committee itself)
The Technical Director of the Regulatory Council will attend the meetings of the Certification Committee, for the presentation of the files as well as the clarification of doubts and requests for complementary documentation requested in each case. He will be present at Committee meetings, with voice but without vote.

The members of the Committee are:
• A representative of the Administration, either from INGACAL or the Ministry responsible for agriculture, designated by the Administration. • A consumer representative, designated by the Plenary of the Regulatory Council
• A representative of the distribution or restoration, designated by the Plenary of the Regulatory Council
• A representative of wineries, designated by the Plenary of the Regulatory Council
• A representative of winegrowers, designated by the Plenary of the Regulatory Council
• The Secretary of the Regulatory Council on behalf of the same (the substitute will be the Alternate Secretary)
All representatives, except the Secretary, will be renewed every four years or coinciding with the elections to the Plenary of the Regulatory Council.
