This bodega is situated in an old stone building in Santa Cruz de Brosmos. In 1992 it began a process of modernisation and in this year began to introduce its wine to the market. Based in the Ribeira Sacra, it had a production of 2,000 bottles. Later it built a new bodega adjacent to the old one, in-keeping with the traditional style but with a capacity of 60,000 litres and with improved equipment. At the same time it increased its area of cultivation to an average of 5 hectares. In 1997 it began to bottle the first Mencia wine that had been kept in casks of french oak for the D.O. Now it markets some 7,500 bottles of this type of wine.
