Making good use of his experience in viticulture and wine production, acquired in previous years as one of the leaders in the relaunch of wine production in this region, in 1990 Jose Manuel Rodriguez started his own bodega. He believed that wine production had great future potential in the region. Scrupulous wine production and the restoration of indigenous varieties of grape, in his vineyards situated in some of the best areas on the riverbanks in Doade, is the driving force that sustains the wine production in this bodega.
