"Expression of heroic viticulture", on November 28th at the Hall of the Best Wines of Spain

The XXII Hall of the Best Wines of Spain is held at IFEMA Madrid, on November 28th and 29th. The event, aimed exclusively at professionals in the sector, is a benchmark at a national and international level where all oenological projects will have a place.

D.O.Ribeira Sacra will be the star of the Hall of the Best Wines of Spain to close the day on Monday, November 28th, at 6:30 p.m. The oenologist, María Isabel Mijares García-Pelayo, will lead a commented tasting of a selection of wines from the Denomination that have obtained more than 90 points in the 2023 edition of the Peñín Guide.

So the D.O. Ribeira Sacra presents a varied representation of the wines it produces to this event, tasting White wines from 2021 (a Godello and a Blanco Summum), 3 Mencías from 2021, Red Barrels (one from 2019 and another from 2017) and a Merenzao from 2020. Mª Isabel Mijares will be accompanied by the President of CRDORS, José Manuel Rodríguez.

These commented tastings organized by the D.O. Ribeira Sacra at the Hall of the Best Wines of Spain have an excellent acceptance every year, so that the places offered are covered immediately and a waiting list of people interested in approaching our wines is generated.

In addition to this act promoted by the CRDORS, numerous wineries of the D.O. attend the appointment individually.
