D.O. Ribeira Sacra is promoted in Gourmets where it will participate in pairings with Carne de Vacuno de Galicia

D.O.Ribeira Sacra will be in charge of opening and closing the tasting program "Galicia: 35 quality experiences". The appointments with our wines will be:
- Monday, April 8, from 12:00 to 13:00h.
- Tuesday, April 9, from 3 a.m. to 4 p.m. tasting with IGP Pataca de Galicia.
- Wednesday 10 April, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. tasting with IGP Grelos de Galicia, IGPFaba de Lourenzá, IGP Lacón Gallego, IGP Pataca de Galicia
- Thursday, April 11, from 12.00 to 13.00.
The wine of the D.O. Ribeira Sacra will be the protagonist, also, in the
IGP space of Carne de Vacuno de Galicia. All tastings will be made with wines from the D.O. Ribeira Sacra.
Appointments with the participation of the D.O. Ribeira Sacra are the following:

Participation in this type of program facilitates the presentation of the peculiarities and characteristics of wine and viticulture in Ribeira Sacra. At the same time the Galician products are promoted with quality indicative.
Wines of Ribeira Sacra will also be represented in Gourmets through some of the
wineries covered by the Denomination, which will have their own stand and will participate in the 24th edition of the Wine Tunnel and in other promotional activities.
The Salón Gourmets is a reference in the high-end product within the gastronomy sector. With a history of 32 consecutive editions, this professional Salon addresses national and international visitors; to the hotel industry, catering, agri-food distribution, catering, specialized trade, etc.
The Organization in collaboration with the ICEX (Institute of Foreign Trade), invites purchasing managers, general managers and owners of international food businesses interested in the marketing of delicatessen products. These potential buyers come from Europe, Asia, North America, Central and South, Australia and New Zealand.
