Finland and Estonia are interested in the wines of the D.O. Ribeira Sacra
This Wednesday May 22, the headquarters of the Regulatory Council of the Ribeira Sacra Denomination of Origin receives the visit of the participants of the Finnish and Estonian Reverse Mission organized by the ICEX in collaboration with the Economic and Commercial Office of Spain in Helsinki.
The visit is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. During your stay in the headquarters of the Consello you will be presented with the Denomination of Origin and will have the possibility of tasting different wines. They will also take advantage of the stay in the Denomination to visit several wineries. This type of commercial meetings serve to open new business alternatives and are important tools for commercial promotion with these countries.
They participate in the reverse mission from Estonia: Lynda Ellen Coogan, Expert in wines and gastronomy, creator of The Wine Tasting Ireland; Kristjan Markii, Director of the Association of Sommeliers of Estonia and Organizer of important wine events in Estonia; Aivar Vipper, Member and Professor of the Association of Sommeliers of Estonia, writes for the specialized press and participates actively in the organization of the wine fairs of his country.
From Finland they arrive: Sanna Maskulin, Editor-in-chief of Glorian magazine Ruoka ja Viini since 2009, main life style magazine of Finland; Sanna Pöyry, Journalist specializing in wine texts, taster for companies and private groups; Sami Repo, professional photographer specialized in food and travel and Leena Nyrhi, Market Analyst of the Helsinki Commercial Office.
