Date September 18th with one opened wine cellar they take to themselves gathered 7.040 kgs. of the variety mencía.

Today 19th begin the vintage two more wine cellars, and gradually they will begin the vintage more of them.

Until soon there meets the Plenary Session of the Regulatory Council and establishes the official date recommended for the beginning of harvest.
