Balance end of harvest

After 38 days of intense activity on Saturday October 11 were reported as completed vintage with a total of 93 wineries that draw came under the protection of the appellation of origin this campaign.

On September 4 punctually vintage began in Ribeira Sacra for those wineries that the characteristics and location of their vineyards where the grapes were fulfilled the parameters required by the Regulatory Council.
The September 18 was the recommended date by the Regulatory Council of the Denomination of Origin for the start of the harvest.
 
The amount of grapes harvested is similar to last year and met with forecasts at the beginning of the campaign carried out in Regulatory Council.

Generally rain falls have not affected the Ribeira Sacra vineyards and grape wineries has entered into a good state of health so it is expected that the next harvest qualifies as very good.

Total kilograms collected in this campaign are 4,771,170
