Luis Paadín referred to the wines of the D.O. Ribeira Sacra in the 2020 Guide: “They denote a great diversity and is transferred in the Guide by the number of references of small producers. We have introduced this year a new iconography, incorporating the origin of the grape on a wine sheet based on three levels Zone/Region-City Hall/Parroquia–Parcela. Here, I think that is where Ribeira Sacra has to position itself as the great alternative.

The diversity behind the brands goes hand in hand with very specific plots, it is a bet this year and I think it is the path that Ribeira Sacra will have. One more year we have increased the number of wines tasted and in the qualities it is not that we are giving away medals, it is that they improve year by year.”
