The production is very limited and aimed at young wines without oak aging, which notwithstanding are never bottled before 6 months (white) and 9 months (red) of processing, searching the optimum ripeness and balance of their qualities. INSTALLED processing capacity is 86,200 liters and has enough space for expansion up to 500,000 liters.
