63 wineries are harvesting in D.O. Ribeira Sacra when 1,341,382 kilos have been collected

At the gates of the last weekend of September, the 97 wineries covered by the Denomination that harvest this season, 9 have already completed the work, 63 wineries are harvesting, 6 have paralyzed and 19 have not yet started the collection. On September 23rd, 1,341,382 kilos have been collected, which by varieties are distributed as follows:
Red Varieties:

- Garnacha 16.355 kilos
- Merenzao 47.726 kilos
- Caíño 17.957 kilos
- Brancellao 25.461 kilos
- Sousón 5.266 kilos
- Tempranillo 3.877 kilos
- Mouratón 2.668 kilos
- Godello 377.533 kilos
- Albariño 78.990 kilos
- Treixadura 23.782 kilos
- Branco Lexítimo 4.119 kilos
- Dona Branca 3.402 kilos
- Torrontés 652 kilos
- Loureira 115 kilos
Last year at this point in the harvesting campaign, 58 wineries had already completed the harvesting work. This year stands out the amount of Godello that has been collected that exceeds the amount of the last campaign at this time of September. Winegrowers and winemakers continue to face a capricious climate that for the moment does not interfere with the quality and health of the grape that continues to enter the winery in optimal condition.
