The tasters of the tasting panel highlighted the quality of the wines and praised the qualities and characteristics that make differents D.O.R.S. wines:
María Isabel Mijares y García de Pelayo, Founder and vice-president of the Spanish Union of Tasters: “I would highlight the number of nuances in the reds, everyone is starting to personalize their wines, but with a keynote of not losing fidelity to the land and fidelity to a style”.
Alberto Levi, Italian Sommeliers Association: “When you get to know the territory and the landscape first-hand, the wine also communicates better and what is in the glass is better understood. What I liked the most were the wines from the 2021 vintage, which was a very difficult vintage, with less quantity of wine, but of great quality. They are wines that tell the territory of origin very well and cater to the taste of today's consumer, attractiveness, that personality, that tension, that acidity is what the consumer looks for in heroic wines."
Jorge Luis Mazaira Pérez, Technical Director CRDO Valdeorras: “All the wines are very good. In the group we highlighted the wines from other vintages, you could enjoy all of them, for me it was very difficult which could be the best. They all had very high scores because each wine showed different things. It was wonderful".
