“Cocina de olas, cocina de tierra, cocina de todos” con vino de la D.O. Ribeira Sacra

Ribeira Sacra Denomination of Origin collaborates with the campaign, "Wave cuisine, earth cuisine, everyone's cuisine", promoted by Grupo El Progreso. The initiative aims to highlight the products of the province of Lugo and unite gastronomy and tourism.

Thus, a bus labeled for the occasion runs from this Thursday, November 19th, to the different selected destinations, Ribeira Sacra, Os Ancares, port of Celeiro and Lugo City.

Inside this bus there will be well-known characters who will prepare the different recipes with products from the port of Celeiro, Supreme Veal from Carqueixa, Porco Celta through Asoporcel, lambs through Ovica, and oil from Quiroga.

All recipes will be accompanied by wines from D.O. Ribeira Sacra. It seeks to provoke the need to buy what generates value and jobs in the province of Lugo.
