Jornada: Buenas prácticas en el marketing del vino
El próximo 13 de noviembre se celebra una jornada sobre la práctica del markieting del vino en VerÃn (Orense). La jornada está organizada por la Estación de Viticultura y EnologÃa de Galicia (EVEGA).

Ribeira Sacra with Carrefour in the Vuelta Ciclista a España
From 8th to 13th September, the Regulatory Council of Ribeira Sacra will be present with its own stand at the Carrefour Shopping Malls in different Galician cities in order to promote the wine appellation.
Results of the contest "Gallaecia Awards 2014"
The association of sommeliers Gallaecia released the results of the contest "Gallaecia Awards 2014" where Ribeira Sacra wines have won a total of 22 awards, 4 white wine and red wine 18.
Starts harvesting
The Regulatory Council gives permission for the first winery in the appellation to start campaigning grape collection. The Board Plenary will meet next week to set the official recommended date for the beginning of harvest, after studying the results of maturation controls than still are realizing.
Start maturation controls
Today, August 25th, technicians of the Regulatory Board have begun to carry out checks at different ripening vineyards of the appellation of origin. These controls serve to identify the officer recommended date to starting the vintage.

Awards 22º International Mountain Wine Competition
Have been published wines that have been awarded at the 22nd annual International Mountain Wine Competition held earlier this month in the Italian town of Aosta Valley in Italy. Ribeira Sacra wines have been awarded with a total of 19 medals between gold and silver in different categories.
